  • The purpose of this online Orientation Module is to provide an outline of the special policies, procedures, and requirements of Cleveland Sight Center’s Call Center Department. This Module applies to all Call Center Department staff so that they will be able to understand their role as a Call Center Agent and the responsibilities of their position and policies of the Call Center Department.
  • Training program to prepare agents to work as Customer Service Agent to Support the State of Ohio Department of Education. Course can be completed in 20 to 40 hours. For more information, contact Tabatha Whiteman at 216-658-7340.
  • This training program will provide instruction and license your consumer online in their home area for independent earning potential as a manager for cafeteria, snack bar, newsstand and vending machine locations via computer training modules.  In addition, 80 hours of hands-on training with an experienced BE state operator is included in the training.  For more information, contact Judy Post at [email protected] or 216-658-4643.

  • This program helps trainees prepare for employment in a call center or customer service position. In this comprehensive two week program, trainees obtain hands-on work experience. They go through pre-training comprehensive vocational evaluations and are supported by Cleveland Sight Center’s Williams Career Development Center staff who work with them on resume writing, mock interviews, conduct a weekly job club and help graduates with their job search. Upon graduation participants are strong candidates for jobs in the financial, medical, hospitality and many other industries that employ call center and customer service professionals.  For more information, contact Tabatha Whiteman at 216-658-7340.

CARF Logo - North America's highest standard of clinical quality

The agency has been awarded its tenth consecutive, three-year accreditation from CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), for its Comprehensive Vision Rehabilitation Services. CARF is an international, independent, nonprofit accrediting body. Cleveland Sight Center successfully met rigorous CARF guidelines for service and quality at the highest level of accreditation possible.
