This training program will provide instruction and license your consumer online in their home area for independent earning potential as a manager for cafeteria, snack bar, newsstand and vending machine locations via computer training modules. In addition, 80 hours of hands-on training with an experienced BE state operator is included in the training. This program helps working-age clients prepare for employment in a call center or customer service position. In this comprehensive four -week program, trainees obtain hands-on work experience. They go through pre-training comprehensive vocational evaluations and are supported by Cleveland Sight Center’s Williams Career Development Center staff who work with them on resume writing, mock interviews, conduct a weekly job club and help graduates with their job search. Upon graduation participants are strong candidates for jobs in the financial, medical, hospitality and many other industries that employ call center and customer service professionals.
